Concert tickets - Metallica Tickets

I paid $500 for 2 Metallica tickets and as of 1 week before the show, do not have them. I was told they were being FedExed by the seller on 11/2 and 5 days later, nothing. I then got a response from Stub hub claiming the seller hadn't gotten them from the Box office, what a bunch of crap! Buyers got their tickets weeks ago from the Box office at MSG.

Do not EVER use StubHub, rip off!!!

I am the person who purchased the tickets and 4 days before the show we did get our tickets and were pleasantly surprised to find out they were better than the ones purchased! Even though the stress leading up to the show was so awful the show itself was awesome and our seats absolutely fantastic. The Stubhub folks DID stay in touch with me for those days leading up to the show and tried to calm my nerves.
I would use Stubhub again as I have since found the employees to be really, really helpful.
