If you live in the LA area and you need a Computer repair company avoid this one. The owner, Michael Ishay Ravey showed up at my office to fix a blue screen, cashed the $245 check on the way home and although the problem returned the same day I never saw him again. Mr. Ravey's website is very misleading as his "office" is a mail drop next to a pizza shop in a funky part of town. Best advice: Use Best Buys, at least they have real geeks...
