Complaint against store in Discovery Bay, CA - order taking and service

Hello: I am a long time resident of Discovery Bay and frequently visit the McDonald's here. Many times they get my orders wrong and up until now I have not complained. But today, I've had it! I was in the drive through and I could tell they missed up the order with the customer in front of me. When I got to the window they handed me my order, but then took it back and handed me a different order. I should have checked it before driving off but I trusted them (as I usually do - they are getting paid to do their jobs, right?). Guess what? When I got home, yup, they messed up my order once again. I called the store and asked for a Manager to voice my complaint. I spoke with an "Alex" who was nice on the phone and apologized, but offered no make up of any kind whatsoever. If the people that work there cannot get the orders right - then they shouldn't be there!!

I applied for a job in mcdonalds and was refused due to "not having the correct documents to work in the contry", even rthough i have lived in this country my whole life and was born here hold a passport and a drivers licence, i sent them a letter questioning why and was never sent anything back i am still on the case but are getting no were has anyone got any ideas for me.
