It is absolutely impossible to reach UTS on the phone for extended warranty repair service on our Nordic Trac. During the past 7 days I have phoned at least 3 times a day sometimes for at least 40 minutes & been put on hold to listen to their music before giving up with no contact whatsoever with a human being to schedule an appointment for treadmill repair. UTS's service response absolutely sucks! Call me at (804) 453-3503 to schedule service. Dennis.
