23/08/09,23:58,we made a trip to EDENVALE McDonalds Drive Thru.My boyfriend (driver) placed an order 1x Double Cheese Burger Meal,Conny whom helped us 1st said that will be R14.95 and walked away to arrange our order.I was in the passenger seat & said that did not sound right,R14.95 for a meal is impossible.We called her back,she of course did not hear us as she was busy chatting & a gent approached us & we asked him to convey our message onto her.Cristina (another Mc D staff member) returned back to us & we again repeated 1x double cheese burger meal to her.She replied to us that it was too late as she already punched in D.cheesburger only on the point of sale with a bad and slacky attitude.I then answered her that she needs to cancel that as it was a mistake on her side and re-place the correct order.She looked me up and down, sly like and clicked her tongue.She then turned her back at us and later returned to the window with our change for R50.00 we then asked for our receipt she shook her head and turned her back at us again.Minutes after Conny returned with the Coke,burger & fries.We asked for the receipt once again and she said your order is complete thats it.We said we want a receipt before we leave.She then went to get 2xreceipts. 1 charging us R14.95 for a double cheeseburger. 1 charging us R8 for the coke,R3 for the extra cheese,R4 for the extra patty and R9.95 for MEDIUM fries.Please note: why the EXTRAS if it was a basic medium meal?And for the record we weren’t even asked what size we wanted.Before we drove off we asked them to please give us better customer service next time because they had no manners tonight and were very disrespectful.Conny started laughing we therefore asked for the manage she said he wasn’t there and she didn’t care we could come back tomorrow morning to complain in a very disrespectful manner and with bad attitude.
