I switched from Bell Sympatico to TekSavvy Solutions last year and have nothing but good things to say about them. Though you might say that after being with Bell for several years, as I was, any change would be an improvement.

TekSavvy is about $20 cheaper per month for better service:

- Tech support answers quickly (picked up on the 3rd ring, never on hold), compared to 30 mins or more with Bell

- Tech support listens to your problem and will resolve it quickly, without running you through a long Q&A. That is to say, they actually have knowledge and skill and aren't just reading a script (I'm looking at you, Bell)

- TekSavvy is fighting download speed caps, unlike Bell. TekSavvy has a download limit, which is fine by me. I know exactly what I'm getting. Bell advertises "unlimited" bandwidth and downloads, but puts a cap on -- so yeah, they're lying.

- No fees for leaving if you don't like the service. Bell tried to extort me for $100. I told them I'd be happy to see them in court, and they said, "Oh, well okay, we won't charge you then."

In summary: TekSavvy good, Bell evil.
