i still not recive my gift HP All-in-one Printer 4288.you inform to wait up to 13-08-09 but i not recive any information or phone call from your side.i send the DD 4&half months back still i not recive the gift.so make it fast as much as possible.i need the printer very much. i also try to contact the redemption department through phone but no one picking up the call & i contact the techniqual department they also send the e mail to redemption department 3 months back and also 7 days back still i not recive the information about when the gift is dispatched .i very inconvience about your response so please try to dispatch the gift as much as fast.

hi neha,
this is to inform u that im unable to remove the bar coded sticker due to the glass body of laptop.if that was the requirement, it should have been told to me at the time of purchase. however least i can do is that i can give you the nomenclature written on bar coded sticker which u can use for the purpose, the same is CQ 50-106AU

now the truth..,
i m using the compaq presario c700 s.no.cnd8061p4p from gwalior . and i had faced a lot many problems with the system . firstly i had got my dvd rom corrupted , after that i had faced problem with my my speakers than the person from service center told me that he will bring speakers from compaq than implement in system . and i had waited for 8-9 days for the same . now just after 3 monhts i had agin facing the same problem with my speakers. now my warrenty has also been expired in march. so the problem is that i dont have any belive over the service center's concern person. now when i reached to him he told me that ur warrenty has been expired but if u want new speakers than according to compaq u will get that in rs. 1500/- but he can give me in rs 700/- only . wat is that? plzz sir reply me soon i m too hurted by using this type of services.. plzz reply me wat to do ???
Despite my repeated visit I have not received the Laptop back.
Therefore, I request you to provide me new Laptop since the Mother Board problem is repeatedly there and even your service centre engineer accepted this.

I am Srimanta Ghosal. India.
I sent my laptop for servicing of DVD r/w dated on 20.01.2009. Today is 17.02.2009 it already passes 28 days. But I not received my laptop. How match time it will take I don’t know. Service center told that it is impossible to tell the proper date to deliver. When I call the Bangalore office they tell to contact Mr. Rupam Halder. I also contact with him he also does not help me.
I am continuously doing loss in my small business during this. I am totally filling hope less. Please tell me what to do now.
Today I think I am a big idiot because I purchase hp Compaq product.
