Do not use this company! I ordered a Canon Rebel XT camera from them on 7/10/09. I paid the extra amount for overnight shipping as I needed the camera the following week. I called to confirm that the camera would arrive on time and the sales rep. on the phone confirmed that the camera would arrive on time. The day the camera was suppose to be delivered I received a call from Tom, (or as he later told me his name was George), who informed me that although a battery was suppose to be included, they were planning on charging me an additional $200 to actually include the battery. Additionally, the camera would not arrive on time and they would need a few more days to get it to me. At that point, I tried to cancel my order and Tom refused to cancel it. This went on for 3 days, each person at the company would call and verbally abuse me, trying to talk me into taking the camera. When I would not agree, they said they would charge my card anyway and send the camera. When I told them I would refuse delivery and have my credit card company refuse the charge they threatened me saying "In that case, I have a bullet with your name on it." They also mentioned on the phone several times that they have been screwing their customers for 12 years and they would screw me too. In the end, we had to get our credit card company involved and my husband had to bring in our lawyer.

I feel so bad for all of the people they screw who do not stick up for themselves. Never buy from this company.
