Company is a nightmare!

It would be an understatement to say that we experienced extremely poor service from Star Van Lines. We hired them to move my elderly mother from Southern California to Detroit. Numerous items arrived broken, including some expensive figurines that were smashed to bits. Antique furniture was scratched and broken. Also, many boxes were lost in the move. Star Van Lines has been unwilling to help us with this matter. We recommend you NEVER use this company.
