Comcast got hacked this week and we all lost our webmail access. I still don't konw for sure if I even GOT all of the email I was supposed to get. This is not good when you run a company and need to hear from customers. I know it's the fault of the hackers but it is very frustrating. Please update security measures on your end Comcast!

Yesterday I lost access to Comcast Webmail. None of our passwords work and the signin box adds the "@comcast.net" to the user ID when you click on the signin button. I called Comcast and after some trouble shooting the tech told me he couldn't fix it. He told me to Google Webmail contacts that they would have to unlock my account. There does not seem to be any contact info for webmail service on Google. In addition Comcast tells me the primary user ID on my account is an ID I never heard of!!

Never use your cable providers email. They will not do you ANY favors when you switch providers.
