Comcast sucks. I had cable with Comcast in Marietta for quite a while. I had a DVR, a digital box, internet, and I had the gold package; so I spent quite a penny each month. In January, my cable went out. I called them 404-COMCAST, and I was told they needed to reset my box. I called them almost every day for 2 months and still, no cable. I was sent 3 techs, a supervisor, and 2 more contractors, and there was still nothing done about my problem. Here is the funny part, I still had to pay my bill and they would "credit" my account for the days without service. When the last contractor came and still didn't do my bad prewire I suddenly had, it was the last straw. I cancelled my service with them, was credited for the 2 months I was without service. A week later, they sent me a bill stating I owed them $352 for the digital boxes that they wouldn't come pick up!! I took them to one of the offices, and her eyes got big when she saw they owed me almost $250! There customer service sucks and they are not appreciative of their customers at all.
