Comcast is the worst company EVER!!!! Their service sucks. You pay and pay and their service gets worse! I have had to deal with them for the past 15 yrs because they are the only company who provides service in Montgomery County Maryland who provides cable and my apt complex won't allow direct tv. Thier service hit rock bottom three yrs ago and has only gotten worse!!!!!. My tv just goes off, get pixellations, freezes and gets black screens. Right now there is no signal to my Tv! I had my lines, tvs, boxes,signals every thing changed and checked and guess what it is still going on three years later and two apts later!!!!!!. I had so many techs in my place we have come to know each other on first name basis- one even had the nerve to ask me out! I moved up one apt in feb and I am still having the same problem. All they say when I call is a tech has to come over! I have recorded the interruptions on my cell phone so they can't say it only occurs when they are not here. Yet not one of them can fix the problem!!!!!! I am trying corporate on Monday but I am sure that will be fruitless just like the promises of someone will call back and the WRONG telephone numbers that the supervisors give you so that you can call them back to "confirm" that someone called you back! Right Supervisor AJ- you lying oiece of sh_t!!!!!!
