Jason (#0661, the Comcast Technician for our service area in Vacaville, CA, did an outstanding job in bringing our TV's up to the digital standards that take place on Friday, June 12th.

He displayed superb knowledge and experience, and he should be congratulated and rewarded by Comcast for his fine service to customers, and the diligence he demonstrates every day of his job.

I took my sister with me to Lowe's to purchase doors.This very nice gentlmen helped us,Joshua Ross He was so informed helped me with things that I didn't know that I needed. It was a special order. A mistake was made on one of them he was very apologetic and reorded and they came in when he said. He worked with installer. Here comes Bruce Jackson the installer He worked fast and did a beautiful job. every thing he said he would do ,he did it. It was so important for the whole transaction to go smoth.My husband has had a stroke. It was up to me to take care of this and I can't thank Joshue and Bruce and his helper enough.
Now I'm ready to go to the next project, counter tops, and hopping I have the same type of people working with me.
