Comcast auto pay via credit card - telephone, cable, internet

My total bill was $325. I paid comcast $200 in cash at the comcast store. I had comcast for only 3 months. Then they tell me that I have to pay another $219 in order to maintain the service on top of the 200 already paid. that equalled over 400 on a bill that was only 325 bucks.
