I called to see why my rates jumped sky high and they CS agent say the promotion was over. I said I would like to go back to my old rate, so now they chage me more than the old rate or the new rate and cut my channels by 50%. What a great deal. Their customer service and knowledge of their own people is the beyond belief bad. I can not wait to get off their service after 12 years of combined company loyality. Less channels a much more money that works!
