Boy does this sound familiar which is why I left this company years back.I got tired of cleaning up other techs messes .I was one of those techs who actually had experience prior to coming to the company and was disgusted by the lack of REAL training given to the techs.Back when it was AT&T Broadband they actually trained techs.Example phone training course when ATT 1- to 2 weeks out of town. Now under scam cast 2 days and "Good luck" Your Certified !! Now its in and out and good luck "learn in the field" by the seat of your pants" Oh and if you do actually stay and try to correct all the issues with someones home they chastise you for it for taking up too much time.I was told long ago that there was only one option- fix it the first time and avoid future calls to that home.Maybe thats the reason why I along with only 2 other techs was awarded with the no repeat service calls award for 3 months without any returns calls for the whole Pacific Northwest region. They have this insidious points system that every tech is allotted for the day and it must be adhered to.In that department I'm afraid I didn't fair too well(Oh Well) They never take into account what the real world throws at the tech.If you take the time you get written up its no joke .Been there done that.So thats my reason for not working for those a-holes anymore.I actually believe the customer pays they're bill and deserves quality service without B.S. or destroying they're equipment or they're competitors for that matter.

I could go on and on and literally On but its all old news.Forgive my rant ..
