Collections department - quest bundle

Who ever in the collections departmenyt who is calling people at 8:30 at night to threaten them with action over an obvious misunderstanding is doing the company a great disservice. I have gone from a loyal customer for 6 years to an outraged former customer and everyone I know will hear of this.
