If you go to the Village Inn in West El Paso for breakfast you'll be sorely disappointed, and you might even get food poisoning! For me, third time was definitely not the charm. All three times I went to the Mesa St. restaurants, I was served a cold breakfast, and every time I had to send the breakfast back to be reheated. I complained to management, but they just gave me excuses. Needless to say I will never set foot in a Village Inn restaurant again. When in El Paso,go to McDonalds for breakfast. You get a better value for the price.

I've eaten at Village Inn, located at 2531 Apalachee Pkwy in Tallahassee on a regular basis during the past four years. Sometimes the service was extremely slow, while other times It was satsifactory. This particular store recently came under new renovations and new management, but what a dissapointment. On two occasions I was treated like a pests rather than a customer. I waited to be seated for an unsual amount of time while the cashier rambled on a personal phonecall. When I made the manager aware, he offered no apology! Saying instead, well, she's not the hostess/greater so she wouldn't have known what to do [how to seat me] anyway. Another occasion I called to inquire about "to go" orders for breakfast, thinking I should just order take out. A man named Paul (I later learned that he was the manager) was very rude on the phone. About half-way through my sentence he interrupted saying "NO we don't do that before 2 pm, good-bye" and hung up! I couldn't beleive it. I sat in a daze for a few seconds...did he just hang up on me? They've lost me as a customer and I will discourage others as well.
