Clean up your act - overall appearance and upkeep

The rugs are filthy especially by the food line. The resident manager only responds that I should contact the owner to complain. I called the Board of Health in E.Brunswick but it doesn't seem to help. They also charge top dollar but the upkeep is terrible. I was there on one occasion when they had to cancel a movie due to technial problems and would only issue new tickets and no refunds. We couldn't go anywhere else to see the film since Mega Movies had our money. Who wants to lay out another $20 in the same night for a movie. Terrible customer service.
