Clean up your act - overall appearance and upkeep

The rugs are filthy especially by the food line. The resident manager only responds that I should contact the owner to complain. I called the Board of Health in E.Brunswick but it doesn't seem to help. They also charge top dollar but the upkeep is terrible. I was there on one occasion when they had to cancel a movie due to technial problems and would only issue new tickets and no refunds. We couldn't go anywhere else to see the film since Mega Movies had our money. Who wants to lay out another $20 in the same night for a movie. Terrible customer service.

Same thing happened to me with the broken theater (theater 11, I think) and the passes. Terrible theater, run by animals. They totally screwed over the entire 10:45 opening night audience for Star Trek with a broken theater sound system and refuse to really make good on it (They gave out passes, which, hey, gives them a chance to overcharge people at the snack bar even more, while forcing disgruntled customers to have more terrible movie experiences!). Avoid avoid avoid.
