Cingular's Customer Service:
Replacement Phones - Lincoln, Illinois

I purchased a cell phone plan and Motorola Razr from Cingular in December 2005, since then I have had two different Razr's one collected dust beneath the screen and had been recalled so Cingular kindly sent me a new one and paid for the shipping. The second Razr's display just quit working, as this was my second Razr and I did not want to deal with any more problems due to the faulty phone I asked Cingular if it would be possible for them to give me a different phone. They offered me the Motorola SLVR, Samsung D407, and the Samsung D807. I chose the D807 and haven't had a single problem with the phone. More businesses should follow the lead of Cingular's wonderful customer service.
