I have a representative working for me and they say everytime you call you cannot give any time frame on start of negotiations. What is really going on with Chase and home modifications. I am really hearing alot of complaints. How can I find out the status and future of my home modification.

they told me now its take 30 days or maybe more im sure they ask me send All doc again so i am ready with all doc again
NO CHOICEEEEE :(
COMPLAINING ABOUT CHAS/WAMU BAD FAITH TREATMENT.
FOR 6 MONTHS WE HAVE TRIED TO MODIFY OUR LOAN. WE FAXED YOU MORE THAN 20 FAXES WITH ALL THE DOCUMENTS YOU REQUESTED.
EVERY TIME I CALL CHASE/WAMU REPRESENTATIVE HE STATES THAT MORE DOCUMENTS ARE MISSING.
I LOOKED ON THE INTERNET AND FOUND MANY COMPLAINTS AGAINST CHASE/WAMU HOME MODIFICATION APPLICATION PRACTICES.
EVERY TIME I ASKED TO SPEAK TO A SUPERVISOR YOUR REPRESENTATIVE REFUSED TO CONNECT ME WITH ONE.

On 9/23/09 my husband under went major surgery for Pancreatic Cancer. As you can imagine his treatments are extensive and he is now being forced to retire. Our house payment is $5400 a month, and our home is several 100K under value. We have tried diligently to keep up the payments during this stressful time in our lives, however, we will no longer be able to continue with the payments.
This letter is to inform you that we are in desperate need of the loan modification if we are to be able to save our home from ultimate foreclosure. We have tried every phone number (now outdated), sent every request several times, and have been put off for months while we have begged for help.
