Chase Loan Modification (special lending) Dept. Has been GREAT! The collections dept. however has not. They keep calling and harassing us about making payments. We have been hit with multiple expenses lately and decrease in salary. The modification Dept. told me that as long as our modification is in the Underwriting Dept. we had to keep our payments under 90 days late to avoid pre-foreclosure and foreclosure procedings.
