I'm hesitant to write this because the law of averages says as soon as I praise this company something bad will happen to my service but I have to say that I've had Charter internet service for about two months now and they've never overbilled me, never dropped my connection, never tried to sell me anything else....

THIS coming from an internet company - wow!
