Charter Communications Complaint

Charter has oversold their interenet service, without adding capacity. The interenet service is unuasble during peak deamand (4-10pm). If you run a trace route during non peak and peak demand times is cleary evident. Do not let them tell you its your modem or computer....it is Charter not investing to meet the demand they created by selling more high speed internet service than they had capacity to deliver. Everyone should every day file seperate complaints with the State Attorney General asking that Charter be heavily fined for selling a service they are unable to provide that day.
