Charged for a non working service - home phone

I got the service and it never work. I called so that they can fixed the problem, they never answer and they never went to my house to check what was wrong.

The worst part, they charged me for the service even tough it wasnt even installed!!!

I was charged over 5 months of not service. They would never answer my calls, had to wait about an hour to get hang up!!

Please if you want advice do not request a service from this company.
