We purchased two pet condos in espresso finish. These pet condos also function as end or accent tables. They require assembly. It took us about an hour to assemble each table. On both tables, when we got to the last piece, which is also the last piece to be removed from the box, we discovered that both pieces had visible damage. The second pet condo/table did not assemble well, and the door does not close properly. Product is poor quality at $100.00 each. (!) We called customer service. This was our choice: Either disassemble both pieces and send back in original packaging, OR go out and BUY boxes big enough to fit, send both pieces back via UPS (Touchstone would pay for that when we used OUR ink, our paper, and our electricity to print their mailing labels) using OUR time and OUR gasoline. Their customer service supervisor actually sounded surprised when we wouldn't go for it. Basically, we paid for a poor quality product, and we are stuck with it because we wouldn't go to the extreme inconvenience Touchstone wanted us to. Whatever happened to "The customer is always right?" We'll NEVER purchase from this company again. Yuck!
