Can't decide if I like Netflix

I have read so many bad reviews about Netflix that it makes me nervous sometimes to order from them. My mom has an account for 5 or 6 movies a month and then we can watch some of the movies on their library for free (some are good, some are just really old and would be free anyway :) ) but there are so many people complaining about getting charged for not returning movies that every time I mail one back I worry it won't get credited to my mom's account and she'll get charged.
But I guess that's part of the way it works.
The only other thing I dont like is we just went on vacation and we turned on the hold late so I was worried we would receive new movies while we were gone so I had to delete my whole list of movies I was waiting for. Oh well!

I do like Net Flix because as a disabled lady in a very rural area I am able to see new films that otherwise I would be missing. The internet is a gift of love for some people like me!

Bummer! I use Netflix too and have never been overcharged or mistakenly billed or whatever happened to your mom. If you return the movies on time I think it gets credited automatically toyour account with a bar code on the dvd sleeve.
