Impossible to reach by phone, recorded message takes you round in circles. I canceled a year ago WITH JASMINE and was told my credit card would be credited. It WASN'T! I have now been charged again for a renewal. ONLY WAY TO STOP IS HAVE YOUR CREDIT CARD COMPANY DISPUTE CHARGE!
I have now been charged 3 times for a service I never use.
