CVS Pharmacy complaint - filling a new prescrption

I took a prescription to CVS Pharmacy at 21550 Timberlake Pharmacy, Lynchburg, VA, on Tuesday, Nov. 3, 2009. I have dealt with this particular pharmacy for a long time without complaints. I was told by the clerk who took my prescription that It would be ready in 20 minutes. I waited for about half an hour until another clerk working near the cash register asked me if I was waiting to pick up a prescription. When I told her yes she got my name and then came back to tell me that they were out of the drug Requip XL and did I want to take my prescription somewhere else or have them order it. I told them I was tired of waiting and I would like them to order it. She said she'd order it and I could pick it up the next day, Wed. Nov. 4th. I called about noon today, Wed.,Nov. 4th and was told it didn't come in but I could get it tomorrow, Thurs., Nov. 5th. I said I would just come get my original prescription and take it somewhere else. I picked it up and went to the CVC pharmacy on Forest Road, Rt. 221, Lynchburg, VA. The clerk there told me that she was sorry they didn't have it, but called to order it for me and said it would be in by 2:00 tomorrow, Thurs., Nov. 5th. She was very kind, whereas the clerks at the Timberlake store didn't seem to care. I hope I will be able to get the Requip XL tomorrow. Meanwhile I am facing another sleepless night due to the pain in my legs.
