I TRIED TO CANCEL AN ORDER A FEW MINUTES AFTER I PLACED IT; WAS TOLD IT COULD NOT BE CANCELLED BECAUSE IT HAD ALREADY BEEN SENT TO SHIPPING AND THAT IT WOULD BE A 15% RESTOCKING FEE.
