WHAT DOES IT TAKE TO GET A 1/4 HAMBURGER WITHOUT CHEESE? TWICE THIS PAST WEEK AT THE MCDONALD'S ON MADISON AVE. IN COUNCIL BLUFFS, IA I HAVE ORDERED A 1/4 WITHOUT CHEESE AND TWICE I HAVE GOTTEN CHEESE. DO YOU HAVE ANY TYPE OF TRAINING PROGRAM ON HOW TO LISTEN TO YOUR CUSTOMERS OR ARE PROFITS SO BAD WE ARE PUSHING A MORE EXPENSIVE MENU ITEM?
