I initially was very pleased with Todd English's cookware. The more it broke in, the more food began to stick to the surface. Forget eggs. even spraying Pam didnt help. French toast was the last thing I fried. It stuck & left a scortched stain on the bottom of the pan & the food wasn't even burnt! I had to use Magic Eraser to get it out. I have plans on calling HSN tomorrow to complain. This was expensive cookware & it has not lived up to it's promise. I can no longer use either fry pan unless it's for a dish with a lot of liquid. The 2qt sauce pan is good but no better than any other sauce pan that I could have purchased for $10 at Walmart. Do not buy. I have been cooking for 30 years & cook nightly meals. I can honestly say,the I've bought cheap & I've bought expensive. If you want a good pan that lasts forever, go to an outlet & buy a Calphalon. It's money well spent.

I seasoned the cookware as indicated on the instructions. My son used the cookware, burned something and now it is no longer non-stick.
