" IF ITS TO GOOD TO BE TRUE -THAN IT IS "!!!!!! WIREFLY.COM FREE CELLULAR PHONES / SERVICE .I APPLIED FOR CINGULAR /ATT WIRELESS CELLPHONE SVC CONTRACTI AGREED TO PAY 49.99 MONTHLY SVC FOR 900ANYTIME MINUTES FREE ROLLOVER FREE NIGHTS/WEEKENDS.WIREFLYCOULD NOT GET ME APPROVED FOR THIS PLAN SO TOOK IT UPON THEMSELVES TO APPLYI ME FOR SPRINT SVC 2YRS CONTRACT 59.95 MONTHLY SVC FEE PLUS NO FREE WEEKENDS NO ROLLOVER IT WAS CRAZY WHEN I READ THE

" TERMS OF SERVICE" AGREEMENT IN SMALL PRINT IT EXPLAINED THEY WERE ASKING FOR $500 DOLLAR DEPOSIT WHICH WE BILLED TO ME UPON ACTIVATION OF CELL PHONE and IF THE DEPOSIT was NOT PAID IN FULL WITHIN 30DAYS of activation. My svc would be INTERUPTED!(SHUT OFF)/I OBVIOSLY GOT LUCKY AND REFUSED THIS SCAM BUT PEOPLE NEED TO READ THE FINE(fine)PRINT B4 THEY AGREE TO THE TERMS OF SERVICE.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!GOODLUCK,

These people are all freakin idiots. All operators are in either India or Bangladesh and they lie to you about their names. Magically everyone is named Mike, or Scott, or Roy, or Walter, yet they have the thickest mideastern accents on earth. Customer Service gives you an insane runaround of tranferring you to different people and making you start over every step of the way. I called because they put down the wrong plan for me, and had to speak to 6 different people, each one had to verify my name and last 4 digits of my SSN# just to tell me they had to transfer me to someone else. Then after charging me for the phones and processing my application, they are hounding me for a copy of my SS card. They would not accept my passport, W2, or Tax return as I didn't have my SS card. Was told a supervisor would call back in a half hour. 3.5 hours later I call back and get put on hold for 15 minutes after verifying my name and SSN# to 3 diff people in mumbai. Next I get a letter from AT&T that they could not process my order based upon my personal information, because they had my name spelled wrong - even though I verified it 80 times and spelled it out on the fax and gave them a copy of both my Driver's license and W2.
