the most frustrating, ireking experience with a service provide. just cause they have monopoly does not give them the right to mess with us customers. they are forgetting they are in the service industry and they work for us not to harasss us!!!! First off it took us 10 days to get a simple appointment to have king comcast come over for internet connection... fine...we wait and somehow manage..life, work without net anyways is crazy!! then the "D" day arrives and god only knows as they claim someone came knocked at my door and left....I was up at 8am did not shower till 4pm did not do any other bloody thing that I was to do that very foresaken day and i hear from them that since someone had been there "God knows when" now i'll have to reschedule which is another 10 days at best....WHAT THE HELL IS THIS...IS THIS CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! R WE EXPECTED TO SIT AT THE DOOR N WELCOME THE COMCAST FELLA ON THE RED CARPET...AM NOT EXAGGERATING...I WAITED THE WHOLE DAY TO HEAR THIS SHIT FROM COMCAST.....THEY SHOULD CLOSE DOWN...WE R LIVING IN A FREE WORLD WHERE THINGS R SUPPOSED TO MAKE LIVES BETTER FOR US NOT MAKE US SLAVES TO SOME MONOPOLISTIC f..... NET PROVIDER.....SHAME ON U AND AM DEFINITELY NOT GETTING THIS CONNECTION EVER!! I WANT EVERYONE OUT THERE TO KNOW THIS IS WHAT HAS HAPPENED AND HOW COMCAST TREATS THEIR CUSTOMERS!!! BEWARE!!

I signed up for comcast $20 offer on august 2nd (sunday, on the phone). the installation appointment was scheduled for tuesday but i thought it was thursday, so i missed it. later on tuesday the 4th i called tech support and "Jared" set up my modem (my own) remotely. the internet worked great until Monday, when it started to only allow Comcast setup webpage. so i figured it's a typical comcast glitch and waited a day. i called tech support today (wednesday) and my account simply disappeared. tech rep transfered me to sales and "alex" said my location was disconnected on sunday the 2nd! Comcast's computer is clocking backwards and the employees are blindly following into its abyss. naturally i declined all further sales pitches. boycott comcast.
