PURCHASED 42" PLASMA TV TWO YEARS AGO WITH THE SPECIFIC PURPOSE TO BE READY TO RECEIVE HD CHANNELS WHEN MY LOCAL CABLE TV COMPANY BEGAN BROADCASTING....PURCHASED HPS4233 AND THE SALES PERSON GOT OUT THE OWNERS MANUAL TO VERIFY "HD TUNER" AND ASSURED ME THAT THE SET WAS ABLE TO RECEIVE AS I DESIRED, GUESS WHAT, IT WILL NOT RECEIVE THE HD CHANNELS. MANY, MANY CALLS TO SAMSUNG AND DO SOLUTION, LATEST CALL TO "ULTIMATE TECH DEPT" UNDERSTOOD THE PROBLE AND SAID "IT SHOULD WORK" GAVE ME TRANSACTION #2006019654 WITH ACCURANCE THAT I WOULD BE CONTACTED AND A FIX WAS ON THE WAY. TO DATE NO CONTACT AS USUAL
