Buying a cellphone - Cell Phone

if you are buying a cellphone from amazon.com... just make sure they do activate your phone... else you will be ending up suffering like me... i bought a cell phone from amazon.com... they forgot to log the IMEI of my cellphone then they mailed asking for it... once i received the phone i mailed them that and also called the customer service and gave them that... they said it will take 24 - 48 hrs to get it activated i patiently waited for them... next day i received another email asking for the IMEI number again... i was so frustrated... And they also gave me a 5$ promotional certificate for their mistake which i really don't want to have it... because it make me look like a beggar... anyway hope no one else gets in same situation as me.... :-(

dude try calling customer care several times for more than a week and when they we will give a gift certifcate of 5$ what does you make you look like... the most happiest person in the whole world?
