Buyers beware of island-of-playhouses
Island-of-playhouses or other names for the company are:
Islandrlara / island3rlora / Snaxi
This company claims to make playhouses and leisure buildings to suit all tastes and pockets but never deliver.
They are great at coming up with petty excuses for not making the delivery to you, the list goes on.
I complained to Island Of Playhouses
who just agreed that their service levels were not great but one day I would eventually receive my playhouse. 3 months later, still no playhouse, a refund has been offered and taken but no monies have been returned!
My point is do not buy from Island of Playhouses. You will be very disappointed. They are great at coming up with a great product and great price but only fail at delivering the finished item.

The company took my money and have failed to deliver (although they pretended to on many occaisions, giving lame excuses as to why they didn't show).
like others i have had enough and about a month ago asked for my £2000 back.
Now island-of-playhouse refusr to take my calls, answer my texts or emailsso in a nutshell are refusing to refund.
either that or in such a bad way financially they can't.
i am now taking them to court in the hope there are not too many like me doing the same.
However the owner of island-of-playhouse has in the past tol dme she has over 25 customers in the same boat as me.
i would advise anyon dealing with this company to be prepared for a never ending wait and also a high possibility of losing your money.
Shop elsewhere!!
