Buyers beware! They do lie about 30 days return policy. They sent me the wrong wring which I cut the tag to try and realized it was yellow instead of white god. I shipped it back the next day (insured). Three weeks went by & after sending them an e-mail they replied that the ring was returned because the tag was cut off (I had sent the tag as well). Then another person sent an e-mail and said they will look into it since I got the wrong ring! Then I get a card from UPS stating I had a C.O.D package form Gems TV and if I did not pick it up it would be returned to Sender on 10/15. I sent another e-mail and Gems TV responded that they never send C.O.D (I offered to send them copy of the card and they said no). I had sent the ring back on 9/17/07 and as of 10/22/07 there is no refund. I just do not want anyone else to have my experience with this site. I have already sent a written complain with Consumer Affairs of Nevada as well. I hope they shut them down.

I work for a large jewelry store that has hundreds of stores all over the U.S. and they also have 30 and 60 day return policies. However, if someone buys and returns pieces and returns them over and over, the manager is able to make a decision to put on the receipt for the latest purchase, "sale final". There are some people who do want to use the store for many pieces of jewelry that they really do not intend to keep, just use. This is really not fair to the company. I understand that sometimes you get a gem that is cracked or heavily included and would want to send that back. But not over and over. And also, if Gemstv does block u, then all you have to do is sign up with a different mailing address. That will get you around the block...ok? Have a sparkling day!!

I've only returned one thing, but agree that Customer Service leaves a lot to be desired with them. They get uppity. I bought during a Christmas sale and they touted an extended 60 day return policy. I bought several pieces of jewelry, let my girls choose what they wanted, and I had one piece left over I decided not to keep for myself. They found a reason to not accept the return so I got stuck with it. Can't trust them and you have to watch the quality of their pieces. Their accent diamonds look like rock salt, yet on TV they shine brilliantly. And they say they don't use filters on their cameras. Probably not--the colored lights are probably on tracks because I've noticed the rotating, changing colors on the glassy top surface of the presenters table. I no longer shop with them. They sell too much weird junk and are overpriced I have found.

IF YOU WOULD HAVE READ THERE TERMS AND CONDITIONS YOU WOULD HAVE KNOWN THAT THEY DO NOT EXSEPT RETURNS IF THE TAG HAS BEEN REMOVED - JUST LIKE ANY RETAIL STORE ONCE THE TAG IS REMOVED THE ITEM IS YOURS. IT SOUNDS LIKE YOU NEED TO PAY MORE ATTENTION TO WHAT YUR DOING.

My experience with Gems TV USA started well but declined very quickly. I followed their "30 Day Money Back Guarantee, risk free shopping, return for ANY reason" policy, which the Gems TV broadcast continuously advertises / promotes. In return, my account was blocked for a high return rate. My reaction...you have got to be kidding...this is a shopping network. After spending enough money with this company, they no longer wanted my business. I did not know my account was blocked until I tried to place an order. Gems TV penalizes / punishes the customer for high returns. This is Unfair!!! I contacted the Corporate office and was ignored. This is a terrible way to treat customers. I did not expect this from the Corporate office. I am glad at least I found out about this company and the shady business practices. I shop elsewhere now with no issues at all, and where I am valued as a customer. Some words of advice...do not shop with Gems TV USA. I have never had such a negative shopping experience in my life. Spread the word.
