If I could select 0 stars for this shop, I would. The manager and staff are not customer service oriented. I was talked into a special order. The item was never delivered. Store tried to make me take store credit. I filed a complaint with the BBB and disputed the charge thru my credit card company. Manager has an attitude. Made 2 commitments to call me back, never did. Hung up on me. Lousy customer service.

I too have filed a complaint with the BBB. I have also spoke with the Willow Bend office and they stated that they are tired of getting these complaints regarding Foxy Paws. It is a shame, this is a wonderful idea for a business, and due to its location in the area and in Willowbend mall, it probably does pretty well...but that is just all the more reason to have someone more competent than Michelle in charge. I don't know the ownership hierarchy of foxy paws, but I will be speaking with corporate in the next day or two to explain a few things (IF I can get in touch with someone, which anyone that has dealt with the business knows it is like pulling teeth to do!). I asked mall management about the possibility of "picketing" for lack of a better word outside of the store and they stated they would gladly allow us to do that, as long as we let them know the date and time...apparently, they mean business now, too! Michelle, I suggest you get your act together...if its not already too late. If you are interested in sitting outside the store for a short time with signage, please express your interest here and we will go from there.
