I booked this company back in Jan 2009 for my daughters June 20, 2009 wedding. I would not recommend A Sensory Sound System to anyone. I should have known I was in trouble when he called me a few days before the wedding and immediately began to complain about working with this company. He had no information about the event and was upset that he had just been contacted for the event. We emailed a detailed playlist, timeline for events during the wedding, introductions/names of wedding party etc. The soundsystem was very poor quality even though I paid additional money at the recommendation of the company representative I had spoken to a week before the wedding. The DJ was totally unorganized and could not find most of the songs on the playlist we had emailed to him. He was rude and belligerent when we requested that he change from Techno Music to songs on the playlist. The flow of the reception was ruined as we were lucky to have the crowd on the dance floor 5 times during the entire night. Many of our guests commented on how the poor job done by the DJ. I contacted the company on June 22, 2009 to share my concerns. I was sent to a voice message box of someone who's name I couldn't understand. I called back and asked who I should expect to hear from because I couldn't tell by the voice message. I was then placed on hold for over 10 minutes. When my call was transferred, I got another voice message that was much clearer but who indicated he was unavailable because he had to do payroll but would get back in touch with me. To date: July 1, 2009 I have had no return call. This is a very shoddy/shady operation. I wish I could find out how to contact the corporate office...if there is one.
