Purchased a DVD, almost immediately received an email stating the profuct was on backorder. Decided I didn't want to wait for the product, so I followed the Cancel and refund my credit card link. The page was blank! After about five more emails with the same... More...

They will still charge you! Cancel your credit card as soon as possible. They did the same to me, and sent the DVD's anyway.
