I have owned Fords for 40 years. I considered my self a LOYAL customer I bought a 2007 Ford Focus SES a little less thant 2 years ago. With less than 25,000 miles on it it began to overheat intermittently. It's been in the dealer's shop 3 times. I called Ford Customer Relations and was surprised to find customer loyalty means NOTHING. Using Ford Credit means NOTHING. Paying your Car off EARLY MEANS NOTHING. This company could recognize it's loyal customers and even make some effort to make them feel a little less like a number, and a little more like a VALUED customer. Also, Who actually does represent Ford Motor Company ? I was informed by Customer Relations ("GUY")the Ford dealer does not represent Ford.

I can relate to everything you haven written on this post. I too WAS a loyal Ford Customer. I leased through Ford Credit for past 10+ years. My lease is currently up. With the poor economy, my credit rating went down & although I've NEVER missed a payment in over 10 years, Ford has decided that they are no longer interested in doing business with me. I am a former Ford employee as was my parent and grandparent. This is how Ford Motor Company treats their loyal customers? I am a single, professional woman and have no idea what I am going to do! But, I do know, I WILL NEVER OWN ANOTHER FORD PRODUCT AS LONG AS I LIVE!!!! If you are considering a Ford vehicle, I would certainly reconsider.
