Burger King terrible store - Soggy Old Biscuit

You should close Store#2483, at 7701 Airport Blvd, Mobile, AL. Fire everyone except for the young man that was keeping the floor clean, he was doing a great job it was sparkling clean however, thats where it ends. It took FOR EVER to get one biscuit for breakfast. I saw at least two customers leave & walk out after standing in line for 15 minutes. I could have cooked it my self then checked my self out quicker. I know that some of your stores are good. The Moffat Road store near Schillinger Rd is fantastic. Super fast service & great food there. This store however at 7701 Airport Blvd. is likely killing your reputation. The food, once I got it was terrible. A soggy biscuit tasted like it was cooked days before and steamed back to half-life. This same store was at one time a great place to eat. IT NEEDS A GOOD MANAGER IMMEDIATELY!!!! OR CLOSE IT UP!!! Sell it to the lady that runs the Moffat Rd at Schillinger Rd store and your profits will zoom upward. Signed: David; Mobile, AL.

Burger King at Sage and Airport is horrible! The morning drive thru cashier shorts you on your change every time I go there...will never go again.

I agree with you on this one but also the store on the corner of Sage and Airport is horrible in the am!!! The three times I have gone in the past 2 weeks I was shorter my change by the drive thru cashier so I am beginning to think she does this regularly. She gave me my change..minus the bills due...and then shut the window and scooted to the other side of the store. I stayed and honk to try to get her attn. but she would never look or walk back over! As I was heading to work and did not need to be late I drove off..which is what she wanted me to do I am sure. I called the no on the ticket to complain and all I get is a survey line! Called the store to talk to the manager and the same girl that shorted me answered each tinme and put me on hold when I asked for the manager. Needless to say I will never go there again. And to top it all off..my biscuit was old, soggy and cold.
