McDonald's (McDonalds) Complaint
Bullying & bribing - Mr Mohamed Osman general manager

We are the legal owners of a building in Alexandria Egypt. The owners of McDonalds have no respect for the people living in the building or the legal owners. They rely on lies and false statements made by their manager Mr. Mohamed Osman.
They pay very little rent to us for the store but have taken over the building by installing air conditioners in the kitchen and washroom vent space of the building. Sucking fans with large motors on the roof. Venting fans from the bathrooms to the foyer of the building. All this without the permission of the legal owners. Mr. Osman says that he has the Minister, the money and the men we are the owners and can do nothing.
Our lives are now at stake as he is bribing everyone to do anything to us and he promises to get away with it. He has the police station in his hands so he claims and the city hall. He claims to be all powerful in the city and we are nothing. The porter in the building is now in his hands. (He feeds her and her 5 children every day).Mr. Osman had the porter cut herself and blame us for the attact. This attack never happened (she has made 5 previous complaints about other tennants. If she does not get her way she makes false complaints to the police and with Mr. Osman backing her up she feels she can get away with it.) Mr. Osman also claims that we stole the sucking fans from the washrooms in McDonalds. The porter is his witness. The funny thing is that the vents are put inside McDonalds and not inside the apartment building. It is impossible to remove them from our side of the building. We would have to enter the store and into the washrooms to remove them. Mr. Osman is lying and trying to jail us. Mr. Osman spreads lies about us all over the city. He does not back up his lies with any documents. There is a storage room in the building that has now been knocked down. The tennants tell us that Mr. Osman brought men in and destroyed this room the contents are now missing. This room was built with the building some fourty years ago. It was also at one time leased to one of the tennants. Why now does Mr. Osman decide that it must come down. Does he not realise that he is only renting the store and not the complete building?
The building is full of mice and the health department seems to be looking the other way. Do ordinary people mean so little to these people. I do know that in North America these things are not allowed and would be dealt with in an appropriate matter.
If anyone at McDonalds Egypt is responsible enough to look at the documents. They will see just what is going on. We have the proper paper work and not just someone talking and not backing it up with legal documents .You know my address. We and our lawyer are more than ready to sit down and talk and show you what is going on. These problems have been going on since 2004. We are now fed up and want something done immediately. There is much more going on and I would like to sit with someone and discuss it with you.
