my husband and 3 year old daughter went through the drive-thru for a happy meal. He gave the clerk a ten dollar bill. The clerk did not give him change so he asked her about it, telling her he had given her 10$ and would like the change. The clerk said, no you gave me a five, and he told her no he gave her a ten. So the clerk says I don't believe you. My husband asks to see the manager, and the manager says, it's on tape so we will review it. After a few minute's he come's out with the 5$ bill and says that's why it's on tape. No apology for basically telling my husband he was a lying cheat. Next time my daughter wants an Ice cream cone we will be going to dairy queen. McDonald's has lost three customer's for life. And a little tip to people working there, don't accuse people of lying,at least until you have some facts or proof.

i went into mcdonalds in chesterfield today and being a vegi i had some chips when i asked for some sauce i was told i wud have to pay for it which i wouldnt have minded if i wasnt told you get 1 sauce per item well my chips was an item so y did i not get a sauce an to receive my chips that was cold and the staff are very rude
