Broken but will not exchange or fix - Natures Fire

I bought their Natures Fire at Macys, it was an electronic Volcano that changes light and erupts, after one week of use it broke. I contacted the company and they refused to do anything about it repair or replace, do not buy any of their products they do not stand behind it.
