Broke my Fence - connection

People gas broke my fence. They had to get inside my gate which I keep locked. They had to turn the gas on and instead of them knocking on the door or finding a convenient time where the gate would be unlocked, they went ahead and jumped my gate which is a 6 ft tall privacy fence. I was wondering how the gate got broken, but I noticed I had hot water so there you go. No notice stating an accident had occurred or anything. Just adios, I did my job, you have hot water now I'm on my way to the next job. Who are they hiring to work for them. That is typical criminal behavior, damage someone's property and don't admit fault. This person did not have a care n the world or a concern for damaging someone else's property. WOW!
