Breach of contract and misleading people - auto insurance

Esurance get your personal financial information and mislead you. they sell a policy for six months and 4 months before the renewal, they want to charge your credit card.When you moved a mile away and update the record,they renewed the policy for a fix fee. You paid in full. 7 days later they try to charge your card for more money. they breach their contract. You cancel it and they refund you only small portion of your full payment. You are on their hands. They use all kind of excuses to keep your money and personal information. Don't trust this company. Do not use at all if you do not want to be robbed.
I made a mistake believing on TV ads.Contact BBB of you are a victim.
