Brakeplanet Terrible Customer service

I purchased one of the packages from Brakeplanet that included rotors and brake pads. The pads that were included are clearly not the right ones. I've sent 3 nice and 1 not so nice note to their customer service website asking for resolution. They will not even return my note or contact me. DO NOT DO BUSINESS with this company. They are a rip off. I now have no choice but to dispute the charge and get my credit card comnpany involved. Just Terrible...........
