I've been veg for a few years now but when this book came out all of my carnivorous girlfriends started reading it too because they saw lots of celebs reading it. I don't care what gets you there, if it helps you realize that going veg is a healthy option for the earth, for animals, and for yourself then that's fine with me. While the Skinny Bitch book is a bit 'fashionista' oriented at times for MY taste it does seem to reach that strip of vanity in all of us females who are craving to look good and feel good. Put forth in plain informative text Skinny Bitch is a great book for inspiring the pretty girl and the desperate-to-be to go VEGETARIAN. Right on :)
